What We Believe

What we Believe

  • The Holy Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired and only infallible Word of God.
  • The one true God revealed in the scriptures as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ in His virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in the all sufficient atonement by His blood to cleanse anyone who believes on Him through repentance and faith, and receives Him as Savior and Lord into their heart and life.
  • The original creation of man as good. The fall of man from his original state in sin from which he has no power to redeem himself. Jesus the Son of God is man’s one and only redeemer.
  • Water baptism as taught in the scriptures. Water baptism by immersion identifies the believer with the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and is an outward picture to establish our covenant with Him.
  • The baptism of the Holy Spirit as a separate and distinct experience subsequent to salvation providing endument of power for life and service accompanied by all the manifestations of the Spirit listed in 1 Corinthians 12.
  • The manifestation and use of all the gifts of the Holy Spirit in the local assembly.
  • A life of holiness and separation from the world and sin.
  • The laying on of hands for blessing, dedication, confirmation, healing and impartation.
  • Individual and collective praise and worship. All expressions of praise recorded in the Old and New Testaments are meant for practice in the church today.
  • The visible and personal return of Jesus Christ to carry away His bride. (Matthew 24:27, Acts 1:11, Thessalonians 4:13-17)
  • The promise of eternal life for all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as their Savior and eternal damnation for those who reject Him and die in their sins.

Our Mission/Vision Statement

  • To prepare a place for God, not only to visit but to dwell
  • To have the presence of the Lord so manifested upon our lives that we will be transformed and become a conduit through which He can flow into our communities and city
  • To see souls saved and the harvest reaped
  • To restore Davidic praise and worship
  • To Preach the uncompromised Word of God
  • To Prepare the way for the Lord
